Shenandoah Homes Association Clubhouse Facility is available for rental

Birthday, Shower, Reception, Business Conference, Continuing Education: The perfect place for your celebration

Our clubhouse will accommodate up to 100 guests and has a complete kitchen.

Rental rates

• Association members: $25 per hour
• Non-members: $50 per hour

Deposit to match rental fee. Deposit will be refunded in full if facility is left clean and undamaged and rules and policies are followed. (Minimum 2-hour rental)

During normal pool hours you can host a Patio/Pool Party for a fee of $40. This fee is to pay for the additional lifeguard necessary to assure the safety of all swimmers

General use of the Patio for celebrations is free of charge. We do however require reservations to assure no conflicts with scheduling. A $20 cleaning deposit is required for Patio celebrations.
