Rental to Residents of Shenandoah
- Clubhouse
Rental for personal use is $25 per hr - up to 4hrs or $150 for events
exceeding 4hrs
- A
deposit to match the rental fee (ie. 3hrs x $25 = $75 rental + $75 deposit)
is required
- Security
/ Police is required if you plan to serve alcohol
- Deposit
will be refunded in full if facility is left clean and undamaged and rules
and policies are followed
- Patio /
Pool Party is available for $40. This fee is to pay for the additional
lifeguard necessary to assure the safety of all swimmers
- Use of
the Patio for outside celebrations is free of charge. We do however require
reservations so there are no conflicts with scheduling
Clubhouse Rental to Outside Parties

Rental $300
- A
deposit to match the rental fee (ie. $300 rental + $300 deposit) is required
- Security
/ Police is required if you plan to serve alcohol
- Deposit
will be refunded in full if facility is left clean and undamaged and rules
and policies are followed
Use
of any of the Facilities does require an appropriate Facility Use Agreement.
